  I really wanted this to be a good experience as I heard about the French Dip being delicious. It seemed that my sandwich was not made fresh. Not much cheese and the au jus was not flavorful. The bread was dry and overwhelming. And the curly fries seemed to have been sitting awhile as they were not hot and had lots of small pieces.

  Food is always great. Wait times are not and the staff is clearly trying to hide it from management. Today I was instructed in the drive thru to “back up and pull forward again”. The lady working watched the screen to ensure I was far enough for the system to register that i’m the next car before instructing me to pull up again.

  Kaykay had a horrible attitude. Barely spoke to us. Said thank you when she handed me the bags and she ignored me. The lady in the back cooking the food was audibly complaining about making the food. “They got that too? Ugh” that’s uncalled for. You’re being paid for doing a job. Stop complaining and do it.

  I don’t know why they have a 3.7 rating but compared to my experience in other locations and I love Arby’s specifically the beef and cheddar sandwich. I’m not pretty sure why they have the rating but in my experience if I’m being honest has been on point they don’t mess up your order. They don’t forget anything if I call in after making a mobile order and making a request for maybe extra red ranch, it actually appears in my bag when I have It delivered, with that being said if that’s not customer service what else is I have to commend the people that work here they’re doing a good job especially compared to other places. I don’t usually do this. I’m usually letting people know where they can improve at, but I truly felt after so many experiences with them. It was necessary to give them a Compliment and your appreciation.
