  The employee working the drive thru this after was very nice and the food came out quick. But I don't understand why this location doesn't offer the smoked brisket sandwich. It's literally the only thing I order. I've tried 2 different roast beef sandwiches here and it is just not the same 😥.

  Did a mobile order and they was out of the milkshakes, asked how to get a refund and they said I had to contact their corporate office for that. Then offered me a lemonade in place of the 3 milkshakes. Dude that’s no where near the same price. Then I get home realized not all my meal was there and what was there was horrible. Screw this night crew. They suck

  Worst Arby’s I have been to. No ice, no Dr Pepper, coke is flat and nasty. Gave Arby’s sauce but it wasn’t Arby’s sauce and I poured it on my sandwich. Same color as Arby’s. Ask to replace my sandwich, lady was rude but I got another one. Ask for Arby’s sauce. Of course out of it too. All my food and money went in the trash. Very disappointed
