  I came in last night around 7:30 PM, and while the worker was nice, the experience was not professional. She was having a loud and ongoing phone conversation while making my two sandwiches. Once I noticed something come from her mouth while talking over my food, I asked her not to speak over it, and she did politely agree. The tomatoes were also in very poor condition—you could visibly see the sandy texture. When I mentioned using better tomatoes, she stated that was all they had available. In my opinion, if the produce quality is not acceptable, it should simply be removed from the line for the evening rather than served to customers. Lastly, the sandwiches were made very carelessly, almost as if she were casually making food in her own kitchen instead of preparing a customer’s order. Overall, the experience was disappointing. And the same knife she used to prepare my ham sub, is the same knife she used to prepare my tuna sub.

  Verlinsky was GREAT! kept a cheeky smile the whole time, was extra generous with the honey mustard, and has an excellent attitude, give this guy a raise!

  I went there for a pick up at 12am and came home to just notice thag both my sandwiches are filled with an abnormal amount of mayo. It was like just tasting pure mayo nothing else.🤮🤢 NEVER AGAINN!!! Its common sense to not put that much mayo.

  If i could leave 0 stars I would. This night shift person is probably the rudest male i’ve ever seen in the food industry. He initially didn’t greet me back when I said hello.. I brushed that off and then began to order my sandwich. He rushed me with asking what I wanted on the sandwich then burnt the sandwich and still attempted to add more toppings. I said the sandwich was burnt, he balled it up & disappeared for about 10 minutes. He then came back with cookies to put in an oven (still not remaking my sandwich) I asked was he going to make my sandwich, he said hold on and continued to do other things in the back. No sense of urgency for a customer. I then said I was leaving after waiting 30 minutes, he says “have a great night sir”. Terrible customer service , he should be terminated immediately.
