  I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant. I have had to wait for a few minutes, due to high customer volume, but that's understandable.

  I’ve been going here for the last ten years and I won’t be back. The owners will skimp out on anything they can. They put some water or some type of liquid in their ranch to stretch it. It tastes bad. In the chicken finger boxes they won’t fully dip the chicken in sauce and they also put a sprinkle of fries in the box. I ordered a sundae today and it was only half filled . When I asked her can she fill it up all the way she rudely said no and you need to pay extra. Very absurd remark. They burn the toast to where it is fully blackened on both sides. They are skimpy with toppings for blizzards. I even suspect they are watering down the soft serve. It just taste off. I’ve noticed the decreasing quality of food and customer service here and I refuse to go back. This is the only DQ in the area unless you want to go inside the mall. However the eagles landing location gives you more food better quality and has friendlier workers.
