- HGHeather GoodmanMay 8, 20261.0One star. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after multiple bad experiences and spending this kind of money, I’m beyond frustrated. The employees are always polite and doing their best, so this is not directed at them. The issue is the food quality and consistency lately. The last two times, the regular chicken was so insanely over-seasoned and spicy that it was basically inedible — and again, this was NOT the spicy chicken option. It completely overpowered everything in the bowl. Chipotle used to have balanced flavor, but now it tastes like someone dumped an entire container of seasoning into it. To make it worse, I submitted feedback and never heard a single thing back. No response, no acknowledgment, nothing. When people are paying these prices for one meal, there should absolutely be quality control and customer service that actually responds. Very disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite places to eat.

You have to try it when he’s working. His hours are from 10:45 AM to 4 PM. The rice is never dry, It’s always perfectly made. The chicken is seasoned on point and everything that he makes you can tell he cooks it with love. If you check it out any other time you may like it, or you may be disappointed, but I’m giving you a heads up…These are the hours to go 10:45 AM to 4 PM.
