  I ordered the Rigatoni Martino Chicken along with Fettuccine Weesie last Thursday, it looked and tasted delicious. Today the sauce was scarce and looked like only pasta. My awesome server/bartender Jacqui provided two servings of sauce which didn’t seem to do anything. The broccoli taste like it came straight from the bag, no seasoning at all. I’m not sure what happened but I’ll probably stick with Maggiano’s.

  I had the Chicken Parm and it wasn't good. It was thin and over cooked. My Cesar salad and broccoli were great. I asked my waitress Tyler if she would take off the chicken and charge me for the broccoli, I still had to tip her. She was a great, attentive waitress and deserved it. Thank you Tyler!

  Jolie was absolutely AWESOME!!!! The atmosphere the team around and to management was awesome Customer Service and when it comes to the food, oh my goodness the food was just awesome fresh ingredients off the stove. It was great. I would love to come back. Keep up the good work and also give Jolie a triple stars. She is and AWESOME TEAM LEADER . If she isn’t already she should be the trainer, ambassador for your company. Keep up the good service! Y

  I ordered delivery to my job today for me and a couple of coworkers. The original delivery time was 30-35 min, so I should have rec'd my order around 11:56am, then the time moved to 12:15pm, moved again to 12:25pm, then finally 12:36pm (which was after my lunch break). After delivery, I was missing part of my order (I was supposed to have the penne pomodoro as a side but instead they sent a side salad (Order #43547810179153924). I called the store, a server answered and said that they could not help me and would have someone in the pickup area answer the call, I was on hold for 5 min before someone picked up and hung up the phone. I called back immediately, a different person answered. I asked to talk to the restaurant manager this time. After being on another hold, the lady came back and told me that the restaurant manager can come to the phone right now because he's working in the kitchen and he's the only one working right now. I have never been so disappointed in this restaurant before and for the price I am paying, I do expect stellar customer service or at the very least, Chick-fi-la type customer service.

  Nope never again first and last time . So I went for the mommy and me dinner took my children as well. My server was great 😃 10/10. I'll get to the point I ordered the salmon which came with steamed broccoli. The salmon wasn't completely cooked guys 🤢🤮 . I didn't know this until I got to the middle of the fish. Everything up to that point was done . Idk how that happens 🤷🏽‍♀️. I notified my server and they switched it with another meal. Long story short by the time I got to the car my stomach was in knots felt like I wasn't going to be able to drive home. The reason I'm leaving this review is because 4 am my child wakes up throwing up complaining her stomach hurts 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ please do better!!!!!! Not coming back .
