  So disappointed in this location. They got my order wrong at 1st but they supposedly corrected it only to give me the toughest sandwich ive ever had in my life. Never had a beef an cheddar beef jerky sandwich. It was obviously microwaved. I couldnt even chew it. won't be back

  The staff were fineand the place was very clean but all our food was barely lukewarm including the fries. Place was empty apart from us. Not the best Arbys we have been to at all.

  horrible HORRIBLE employee conduct and attitudes… terrible service stood there for 10 minutes, finally asked if someone was working front counter only to be told “NO”. After asking for corporate number they said no as well. Incredibly rude. Seem they don’t want to work and are tired of their jobs. STRONGLY recommend stake n shake up the street much better service, with a smile
