    They have nasty attitudes when they mess up your order and don't make your food right very disappointed and they have a disgusting bathroom and lobby

    Iced coffee is just syrup there is no coffee in it . Upon pickup in the store the girl placing the orders in the bag flipped the breakfast plate upside down in the bag. This type of presentation is frequent here. Unfortunately there arent many choices in MTZ . This will not be a option again

    I placed an order today at drive thru. I got an incomplete order. I told the young man I was missing my fries. I told me I didn't order any fries. I told him I know what I ordered. He proceeded to tell me he can hear good and I didn't order fries. I will not support and spend money at a place where I have to go back and forth with someone about an order I placed. They just lost my business. Too many young people work there with no customer service skills.
