  Pizza was great as always...love they have the buffet for dinner now! Many different pizzas to choose from. Wasn't overly crowded but really hoping the buffet takes off for them bigger! I believe Patrick is the Manager and he is awesome! Full of happiness and going the extra mile for you! Definitely a man you want in your corner!

  Patrick was so friendly and helpful. We got in pretty close to end of buffet time but he still made sure there was hot food. I can honestly say this Pizza Hut has come along way!!!!

  Placed an online mobile order for carry out. Arrived several minutes prior to estimated time of completion. No one greeted me and no one asked about my order. I ask if my order is ready, and I was told to wait just a sec, and they would check.After standing and waiting for over 45 minutes, I was asked my name, and phone number. I provided both, and showed my order on the app, and where the money was withdrawn from my account. I was then told, “we don’t have your order.” I asked about a refund, and was told to “call them”. I asked “ who is them?” And the rude manager snapped back and said “corporate, duh”. At this point I was extremely frustrated. I asked “so what about the $40 that was withdrawn from my account?” Then a cashier or other employee said “corporate will give your money back.” I asked for the on-duty managers name and was told to “go f myself”. I would rate this place 0 stars if allowed. This used to be one of the best spots in town, now it’s just a dump, ran by some of the rudest people. Left the establishment out $40, and no food. No apologies, no attempt to remedy the situation. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. And I won’t go into the number of food service/ servsafe violations I witnessed during my time there. Disgusting.

  do not EVER come to this place! mobile ordered, waited 40 mins for them to tell us they never got our order and was nothing they could do to help! out 40 dollars cause of this place! honestly so disappointed, didn’t even try to help or ask what we ordered, left the restaurant with nothing but our money taken from our accounts and were just told to call corporate. smh. have never had an experience like this anywhere.

  Ordered on the app for two pizzas and two sides of wings. I also ordered 4 ranch dipping sauce. I asked if she could add more ranch and I was charged for it. No problem. I went back to my car and put everything in the seat and was checking it before I left. Everything was there except for the 4 ranch I ordered on the app. Which I completely understand that it’s a simple mistake and people forget things like that all the time. I go back inside to show her that the 4 I ordered on the app wasn’t in the bag. She didn’t say anything to me and turns around and grabs 2 and hands it to me. I clearly said 4 and showed her on the app where I ordered. I just walked out and now I’m typing this and leaving a review. Customer service isn’t for everyone. I know because I’ve had to do it multiple times myself. I still push through and treat everyone how I would want to be treated. With respect and kindness. Your face and attitude is the first thing people notice. I’m usually not one to say anything and I usually would go about my day but something about this encounter just rubbed off on me the wrong way. It’s easier to be kind to someone than to be rude and ugly.
