The chicken salad sandwich was bland for it to have cranberries in it definitely couldn’t taste the sweetness of it. (That’s how sandwich looked when wrapper was open I didn’t rip the bread)

Last week we ordered 2 Asiago bagel breakfast sandwiches, never requesting “everything” seasoning on either of them. They both came out covered with everything seasoning. The girl working the window stated we needed to say “cheese” after asiago. Asiago is in fact a cheese so that’s implied with simply saying Asiago. By her logic we should have also said “everything” but didn’t and somehow got that. Fast forward to today…I ordered online so there’s no confusion or so I hoped. Double checked the order before I placed it. The egg and bacon bagel I ordered had no egg. It’s not ME Panera…it’s YOU. I think we will find another breakfast spot.

Building looks run down, tables are extremely sticky, and I have concerns about the safety of their food. I walked in recently and the inside of the restaurant was significantly warmer than the outside 80 degree temperature. If they don’t care about the cleanliness or comfort of the dining area, I’m sure it extends to the kitchen.
