It's ok that it took longer but to get home and not even get what you paid for is disappointing. Especially when your menu is basically burgers with toppings.. not that hard. The burger was actually good just not what I ordered or paid for.

The girls working the grill and fries wanted to know how many burgers and what size fries before we made our order at the cashier. We couldn't eat the fries because too much salt. Don't think we will eat at this location again.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
