We stood there few not a single employee acknowledged us or bothered to say anything in spite there were 4+ employee right in front of us and one was absolutely doing nothing. I guess we have to be white for them, absolute racial discrimination.

Sat in the drivethrough for 45 min, got to the speaker and the staff member was rude, i left without the food i paid for, the review survey wont allow me to submit feedback and the chat box is down. I can't get a refund. I will not return to this location! The last two times ive been they got my order wrong as well.

I take pride in knowing that the Dunkin in Monroe makes my food exactly how it should be and how I like it. I’m a simple woman and I ordered the plain bagel toasted with butter and snackin bacon. Let’s just say i got a plain bagel non toasted and layered with cream cheese😬😩😫 it’s so thick on one side it’s scary looking. I can compare it to the scream cheese on Hotel Transylvania😂😭 just terrible. And clearly not what I ordered. The snackin bacon hot but very spicy today. Almost as if they used peppered bacon or Cajun. At least I got a drink and some mini donuts to eat cause the rest of my breakfast was terrible.
