  The girl at the window was the only thing that was pleasant about it. We are traveling out of town or I would have brought it all back. My wife ordered the chicken Swiss. I got the chicken Cordon blue. Both pieces of chicken were literally like trying to chew through cardboard. I guess that's what you get buying chicken from a roast beef joint. My Dr pepper was completely flat. Her lemonade was so watered down, we both took like 3 sips and poured them out. My potato cakes were decent. Her curly fries were also decent. Neither of them were more than just warm. Arby's has always been a go to for us for a decent fast food restaurant, as we are a little picky and don't do the clown or the king food... But not Arby's in Monroe again. Do better Monroe. For 31 bucks for two people, it was a horrible experience.

  Went through the drive thru at 10:15pm and ordered a small shake. They told me they just cleaned the shake machine. Mind you they close at 12am….

  The lady on the intercon, was a very disrespectful bad for business. I had to pull off and go to another restaurant because she didn't want to serve me. Please get rid of her ASAP......

  Been to this establishment 3 seperate occasions albeit its only chosen due to its convience to home depot. All 3 times my order has been wrong and the sandwiches have been refrigerator cold. Basic level tasks of food prep. Literally the entire job. Sad.

  The staff assembles sandwiches like a bunch of 3 year olds. Might as well have thrown all the ingredients into the bag and saved the foil sandwich wrap! If this is what Arbys has to offer then I'll never eat there again. They should fire the whole staff and start over.
