  Tried the cheese steak. It had chunks of grissel. Water dropped from the ceiling on to my table. The place was not clean. It was 2 in the afternoon. They had time to clean from the lunch rush.

  Food was good freshness was eh, customer service very crappy. Didn’t get greeted when walked in, asked for ranch no smiles looked so miserable being there. Slammed the ranch in my hand walked away with attitude. Food is good it’s just the customer service is so bad here. Never experienced this bad of customer service anywhere. McDonald’s customer service is getting so much more better than this place that says a lot . My friends and family agree

  The girl at the window was the only thing that was pleasant about it. We are traveling out of town or I would have brought it all back. My wife ordered the chicken Swiss. I got the chicken Cordon blue. Both pieces of chicken were literally like trying to chew through cardboard. I guess that's what you get buying chicken from a roast beef joint. My Dr pepper was completely flat. Her lemonade was so watered down, we both took like 3 sips and poured them out. My potato cakes were decent. Her curly fries were also decent. Neither of them were more than just warm. Arby's has always been a go to for us for a decent fast food restaurant, as we are a little picky and don't do the clown or the king food... But not Arby's in Monroe again. Do better Monroe. For 31 bucks for two people, it was a horrible experience.
