- KWKasey WorksApr 15, 20261.0I’m at this Dunkin literally three times a week, if not more. Very great people, and always a pleasure, BUT… Younger man, dark hair and mustache, was absolutely rude. I asked for extra concentrate in my Strawberry refresher, which I always do, and usually receive hot pink, and he handed me a very milky white one. Not a big deal, but when I asked for some more to be added, he argued and fussed at me. Refused to do it. Mind you, I hadn’t even taken it. It was still in his hand. It was incredibly unnecessary and rude, and I’m sorry, but I don’t want to deal with him ever again if I’m such a problem. Please don’t hire people like this.

Yesterday I ordered a hot decaf, cream & splenda and took the cup and left. 15 minutes later I take the first sip and discover it's a lg hot Macchuato with 4 Carmel Sw1 and tasted like syrup. I was in a meeting for 4 hrs and couldn't go back. Today I went back and ordered my standard lg decaf, cream & Splenda again. When I got to the window I handed the girl my credit card & yesterday cup. I said, "Hey I just wanted to let you know when I was here yesterday they gave me this wrong coffee for my order, thought you might want to know". Reply: "I can't do anything about yesterday & your welcome to keep your cup". Paid & left. No sorry we messed up yesterday, nothing, just collected for today. Which I was fine paying for that's why I offered my card from the beginning. It would have been nice if they cared yesterday was wrong. I guess not. I'll try not to give them a chance to get it wrong in the future.
