You wait at the drive through order kiosk until there are no cars at the payment window, at the window you are to revieve your order, you are told to pull forward, to wait. " we are making yours fresh." 3rd time I ha e had this song and dance. 25 minutes for a McDonald's drive through? This McDonald's has taken the fast out of fast food.
- CCCainMay 1, 20261.0I came here at around 1pm on a Friday, which I understand can be busy. I had placed a mobile order for two $5 mchicken meal bundles and a cheeseburger for drive-through pick-up. It comes with a small fry, a 4 piece nugget, mcchicken, and a small drink. I placed the order and waited 15 minutes and came through the drive through and still had to pull around, when I was given my food the worker went back in before I could check so I just drove off. I only recieved a Mchicken and a large fry, so I came back through the drive through, and when I got to the window the manager (I'm assuming) told me because she wasn't on the line she was going to allow it this once but next time "we need to go a different route" in a condescending tone. Hey so that's my food that I paid for, it's not my fault you failed to properly label your bags. The food was bomb though
