  Person taking our order seemed half asleep. We were dining in but rang us up like we were "to go". When I asked if we could get our coffee when i was told they were waiting on hashbrowns it was handed to me with no condiments and walked off. When they brought me order I asked if I could get cream and splenda..she just turned and walked away to go get it. Not how I want to start my morning...it is a treat for us to have breakfast together...not here not today! Do better!

  30 minutes before closing time and still got good fast service. Thank yall. Better than fast food on other side of redlight. 😎 Read some of my few other reviews recently.

  I witnessed a worker slip and fall and hurt her back. She was bringing out our order and the floors were slick. One of the other workers were wiping the floors with a mop from the kitchen, which is apparently not proper procedure for food establishments. You are not supposed to use a mop used for the kitchen out in the common areas because that will cause the floors to get greasy and to make it easy to slip. She looked like she hurt her back pretty badly. She had to leave. I don't even think she could go to the hospital to get checked up because America's healthcare system is so garbage. (To the lady who slipped and hurt her back, PLEASE work literally anywhere else. Ross is hiring. TJ Maxx is hiring. Hobby Lobby is hiring. Lots of places are hiring. Just look around.) We asked the manager to file an incident report because I am pretty sure the worker could file for workers' comp. Or sue if the company refuses. The manager dodged us and made us wait a really long time, until we eventually left. I cannot support an establishment that treats workers so poorly. I am not eating here again. Plus, if they cannot follow a simple rule not to use the kitchen mop for the public areas, what other rules and procedures are they not following in the kitchen where no one is watching??

  Enjoyed my afternoon here with an iced coffee and a cheese burger. Weird combo, Im aware. My order came out correctly and in good time. It seemed to be a slow time for them (6pm on a Thursday) Unfortunately, cleanliness and stocking was not on the list of duties today as the place was quite dirty and the ladies bathroom was in need of cleaning and stocking. Imagine having to wipe with paper towels!
