- RHRusty HolcombMay 18, 20261.0Where do I start? No napkins. Every surface dirty. I got a burrito with the Honey Vinaigrette and they refused to pour it on the burrito. So I asked if they would just slide it to me and let me roll it myself. Nope. The employee rolled it into a ball with gloves covered in juices from the previous burrito, then smeared that all over the foils. Which is how I found out there were no napkins. The manager was zero help. As a former Chipotle employee, who trained every manager in Florida for 2 years, at the Orlando, Colonial (Training) store (shout out to Scott Mermelstein & Jeremy Danz), I can tell you that this store is THE WORST Chipotle I've ever been to. I know every station. I know the Guac recipe by heart. Chipotle is my absolute favorite restaurant and I cannot stand to watch someone butcher my burrito. Someone needs to help this store. If you got the money I got the time and ample ability.

Got stuck supposedly at Holiday Inn for over 10 minutes and then cancelled the order. Their customer service SUCKS and I’ll go to bed hungry because I can’t stand up from having fractured spine!!! You suck chipotle and your driver!!!!!!!

Zero customer service concerns or willingness to help. Very few options for toppings and sour cream is extra?? Come on.. nickle and diming people for cheap toppings and watered down sour cream. Go across the street to Surcheros and have a good experience and get whatever you want. Basic as you can get. Do better!
