The food was great, the place was busy but our orders still came out pretty quickly. Special thanks to Aliza for being awsome and super nice. She should totally get a raise and lots of free chickfila sandwiches.

Lost faith in the Christian chicken.. I went to CFA on the 21st, with aim to spend one of my five free meal cards I’d recently received as a tip from a CFA owner. My order is taken in the drive-through at 10:35, and strangely the attendant alerts me that I can’t use a lunch card yet as lunch isn’t served until 11. Odd, as I know they switch at 10:30. I ask if I can just get a nugget meal as it’s served at breakfast and lunch. Not an option she tells me. Strange. She says it would be “against Chick-fil-a’s way” to make me wait until 11. So I throw in the towel and order a chicken biscuit. Oh well, right? Cough up my $4, but as I wrap around the line and I’m just thinking how, I pulled up with intention to spend no money, but now I’m buying a biscuit I don’t actually want, and frustration sets. I tell the lady at the window about what happened, she is shocked, and offers to take one of my cards and give me a lunch meal, as yes, it is lunch time. So I’m instructed to pull into one of the parking locations to the right, and it seems here is where I was completely forgotten. I wait 20 minutes, and now it’s past 11. The time which I was told it would be “against Chick-fil-a’s way” to wait until. So I go inside to see what’s going on, and nobody has any idea who I am or what I’m talking about. It was like a fever dream. So I took my remaining four free meal cards out of my wallet and gave them to the employees along with the biscuit I didn’t want and let them know they have lost my patronage. I called corporate immediately after of course, they told me they and the franchise would reach out to me in the next two days. It’s now been over a week and all I got was an offer of a free side mac n cheese from corporate the first day. When you’ve got a guy giving you back free meal cards he hates you so much, you really think the free side’s going to cut it? Upwards and onwards, to Zaxby’s!🐓

As a travel nurse currently working at the local hospital, I visit this Chick-fil-A at least once a week and have spent hundreds of dollars here during my assignment. Because of that, I feel I have a good understanding of how this location operates. First, the positives: the staff is outstanding. This is clearly a younger team, which is expected in a college town, but they consistently exceed expectations when it comes to friendliness, professionalism, and customer service. Every interaction I’ve had has been pleasant, and the employees deserve recognition for maintaining such a positive attitude, even during busy periods. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is welcoming, and the team does an excellent job making customers feel appreciated. Unfortunately, the operation itself is one of the slowest Chick-fil-A experiences I have encountered. I typically order inside and am not usually in a hurry, so the wait times are more of an observation than a personal inconvenience. However, the drive-thru is an entirely different story. The line is routinely backed up to the highway, often blocking access points and creating traffic issues. What should be one of Chick-fil-A’s greatest strengths—efficient, high-volume service—seems to be a major weakness at this location. Compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants I have visited across multiple states, this operation simply does not flow smoothly. The speed, organization, and overall efficiency fall well below the standard that the brand is known for. Long lines are understandable during peak hours, but when congestion becomes the norm rather than the exception, it points to operational challenges that need to be addressed. Another disappointment is that this is the only Chick-fil-A location where I have not received any promotional rewards or offers through the app, despite being a frequent customer and spending a significant amount of money here throughout my stay in town. While not a dealbreaker, it is noticeable when compared to other locations that regularly engage customers through the rewards program. Overall, this location has some of the friendliest employees and best customer attitudes I’ve experienced at any Chick-fil-A. The people working here are not the problem. The issue is the speed and efficiency of the operation itself. If management can improve the flow of service and address the chronic drive-thru congestion, this could easily become one of the best locations around. Until then, expect excellent customer service paired with some of the longest wait times you are likely to encounter at a Chick-fil-A.
