  The cheese steak sandwiches are not very good. Had a hair in mine also. Should have sent back, but wasn't in mood to eat after that. Just ate fries.

  The crinkle fries were so salty that we had to scrape the salt off so we could eat them. The French Dip sandwich did not come with the au jus sauce so we had to eat dry sandwiches with no flavor. The were out of carrying trays for my 3 drinks. No, I did not want to drive 20 min back for the au jus sauce since the rest of the food get cold. So, quality and service was a bomb.

  This Arby’s offers the worst customer service. I asked for 8 each of Horsey and Arby’s sauce on two meals and received 3 each. Are they worried they going to go out of business for giving out too much sauce? If that’s the case, then they should close their doors. Poor management!

  Went through the drive thru at five minutes to closing. Being from macon we are used to the hostility and being turned away for service this close to closing, but we gave it a try. And let me tell you- the lady especially that was working through window trestrd us as if we were her first customer of the day. She was so pleasant and had a positive attitude that you could tell in her voice over the speaker that she loved her job. We didnt get her name, but we hope Arby's recognizes who we are speaking of and makes her a leader in their company because there are alot of workers back in mscon that could use some of her enthusiasm.

  Slow service, staff too busy gossiping. Unable to make a Jamocha Shake and the roastbeef sandwich was cold. At least the fries were fresh made. Employee using restaurant as child care.
