I love the food, but I pick and choose when to come based on if im in the mood to tolerate bad customer service.

A great place to start your day with a coffee/tea and a bagel/parfait/sandwich/pastry. To top it off they have free wifi and are open to donating their food at the end of the night to charities, which, is a rarity these days. If that were not enough, this Paneras has to be the friendliest and most welcoming.
