  Haven't been to a McDonald's in a long while. Very disappointed. I tried using my mobile app and the code I provided was not applicable. Instead of pulling me around to the window, the lady on the speaker says you're gonna have to come inside with some attitude in her voice. She could have said could you please pull around or im sorry but if you want to use your app, you'll have to come inside. I come inside and the environment feels hostile. You have your few good apples that are respectful in the front but I could hear conversations almost clearly from the back seat in the restaraunt from workers that are on the other side of restaraunt. You could hear complaining and attitude from behind the counter. The bread on my quarter pounder was stale. The cheese felt a little hard. The burger instead seemed okay. The fries felt like they were doubled up meaning, theyre frying more fries at once in one basket then theyre legally allowed to. I used to work at a McDonald's people would wrap around building and this place barely had a few people for a large amount of crew members. If I was doing half the stuff these crewembers were doing, I would be shown the door. I guess QC from customer service to food quality doesnt matter anymore. Oh well.

  The only reason I give it 5 Stars is because of the evening manager Miss Janelle she was the only one who followed up on my bad experience which took place during the day around lunchtime I thought a day manager would've reached out but nope. Miss Janelle went above and beyond to take of me. If I were to go back it would only be during the evening. The day shift dropped the ball and the management i did talk to eventually didn't even apologize for the bad service very unfortunate. Keep up the great service Miss Janelle.

  Dont place a mobile app order for drive thru pick up bc they won't give you all your food. We picked our order up and drove over an hour home before we found out that the Happy Meal and 2 lg fries was missing. The workers are so rushed tp try and get you out of the drive thru that they aren't making sure you have all the food you e paid for. We've never had this problem with curb side pickup.

  Went through the drive-thru. It took 15+ minutes to get my food and the fries weren't even very hot.

  This location always sucks. I use to go a bit but every single time I think I'll give them another chance they just suck the food is barely warm and not fresh. Don't waste your time and money.
