Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- ERElizabeth ReedsSep 13, 20262.0Crappy service when you walk in and at least three people in the back make eye contact with you and never greet you or acknowledge you. Had to speak up when a young man came out of the restrooms just to get service, and he made eye contact and never asked to help either so I would have just kept standing there another 10 minutes. Only one person in the drive thru and just me in the lobby so no excuse of being too busy.

One lady had to walk inside after waiting too long. I got a salad and I told the wait was for the chicken but it wasn’t even hot on the salad once I finally got it. They also didn’t provide a fork for my salad or the salad dressing. I was hoping this location would be great since it’s new but I was wrong. Go to the other Whataburgers in the areas. The prepackaged cookies even tasted more stale and chewy from here. Smh
