  Today, I placed an order online. The app started that my small order would be ready at 11:55-11:58 am. When I arrived at 11:55, there was one car at the drive-thru that was leaving. There was one customer inside placing an order. The lady up front went to look for my order at 11:58. I never saw her again. At 12:20 I called for any employee to the front where several new customers were waiting. The manager finally emerged. I told her my name and to cancel my online. She then replied that my order was ready, but....then asked me for my name again. smh. I immediately contacted corporate for a refund which was processed faster than the lunch I never received. This store used to have great service. Other friends have had similar experiences. Last, I wish corporate would go back to fresh beef.

  Food was great here! I ordered a Burger, chicken sandwich, fries and onion rings around 5:30 pm on a weekday. There was no one else there, so they made everything fresh. I appreciated that it was all well made and tasted great! Thank you

  Echoing the others..ZERO customers in the building or drive thru line. Sat at the speaker on hold for 7 minutes. Ordered ONE burger, no meal, just the burger. Had to pull up to the white line of death and sat there until I turned 100 (another 13 minutes). I was thinking, maybe it'll be cooked to order....Negative....and the burger was fully dressed, not customized like I ordered. Good job guys

  I take accountability for not checking my receipt but I ordered chicken nuggets and Cheyanne J. asked if I wanted the 5 piece but rung me up a bacon whataburger. The confusion I had. Only thing with the error, I got what I paid for but that wasn't what I ordered.... ughhh

  The burgers here are good but if you ever want a burger with only meat, cheese and bread, like my husband, make sure you order it plain AND dry. This was definitely something new for us lol But even when you order it that way, just like any other food place, make sure that you thoroughly check your burgers to make sure they're correct. He had an issue when we first went because he ordered plain, not knowing he needed to also say dry. Now that he knows, they still almost always put mustard on his burger despite him knowing to say plain and dry. And the mustard is added right in the center. So, it's easy to miss if you don't thoroughly check. BESIDES that, food is good just be sure to make sure that they made your order correctly.
