The beautiful soul that took my order was truly an angel…she was kind informative and just plain sweet. She encouraged me to download the app and get rewards. I can't eat out but I am allowed to have a smoothie. I placed my order inside and had to wait about 20 mins for my smoothie. Staff seems a bit slow and no personality whatsoever. No one greeted me at all. I love Tropical Cafe but this location was okay. Definitely, not my regular shop. Smoothie tasted okay but had lots of chunks of ice in it, which has never happened before. I just think this staff needs more training. And for Pete's sake, smile and greet your paying customers. Act like you love your job. Periodt!
