  We used to frequent here often. But we stopped bc they became lazy, taking their time making the food. Ignoring you while they play around the food as if they are on a playground. Called corporate to advail. They dont respond to no reviews or complaints. Corporate doesn't care anything about customer service or professionalism. That's why we travel a few miles further to Del Taco. The food there is so much better, fresher, and more professional customer service. This taco bell can close its doors and wouldn't be missed!

  Showed up around 9:15 on Friday to be told they will only serve door dash orders thru drive-in and we couldn't order?🤔

  If I could leave a lower rating I would service is terrible and wait time is horrible and they just threw my food in the bag without even wrapping it and if you want to wait an extra hour to hour and a half for your food then go here but I would definitely never recommend going here personally I prefer my food to be wrapped up and I also would prefer not waiting so long and burning so much gas

  Everytime we come to this specific location they always ask if we are using rewards or the app then when we say we’re not using rewards or the app they say due to short staffing they cannot take our order at this moment for the last 4 days

  Service is usually very poor. Often gets orders wrong, will not correct issues if item is out of stock and already charged on mobile app, and is not friendly in the evening hours. I usually will take the extra time to go to the one near I75 & Hampton Rd to avoid this if not during lunch.
