Manager would not accept a gift card that they issued due to there error with my food the first time due to that particular manager not working there anymore .
Horrible experience both times
I’m the fool at this point to return again.
Food wasn’t fresh.
Slow as hell making orders.
Avoid yourself a headache and go elsewhere !!!!!

Just had the worst experience at this Jonesboro rd location. When I came to the drive thru window I was told only mobile orders. I parked and made a mobile order for an enchirito and a veggie Mexican pizza. I was given fries smothered in some sauce for the enchirito and for the Mexican pizza they used broken up taco shells for the top and I’m not sure what was used for the bottom as it was a different color from the top, but it still did not look like the normal Mexican pizza shell and an old clump of beans that looked dried up
The experience at this place was bad. First, I ordered in the app for quick service and upon arriving at the drive-thru they told me they were not serving at the window and that I had to go inside the store. (They should put a sign specifying that.)
Upon going inside, there was no one at the cash register attending customers, and an older person waited a long time. An employee with a bad expression told him he had to use the kiosk; he said he didn’t know how, so she went and placed the order for him with the gloves she was using to prepare food. She saw me standing in the pickup area and didn’t ask me anything for quite a while. (At Taco Bell, the food is never ready when you arrive; you have to tell the employee you are there to pick it up and they start preparing it.)
It took them more than 25 minutes to give me two orders, which is way too long. The daughter of one of the employees was running and screaming unsupervised throughout the store like crazy. Her father never corrected her, (he was at the store with her). There is nothing wrong with bringing your children to work, but they should behave properly; that girl was running in circles like crazy and screaming, and no one controlled her. The three employees there had unhappy faces. At least the food was good and the order was correct. But they are very slow and do not offer good customer service. It is very sad that a place with such good food always has many employees who do not like their job and it shows in their faces and attitudes toward customers, this is not the only location with employees like that. I hope that gets better. Buena comida, mal servicio al cliente y muy lentos.
Employee acted like he didn't want to be there, guy at window frowned the whole time and said nothing. Everytime I go there food is terrible, and usually cold just like the Employees, NEVER AGAIN, BEWARE, BEWARE
