  The fact that y’all make people food the way y’all do is ridiculous! I received my order from door dash tonight and these tacos are HORRIBLE! Both of my meals were ridiculously made and didn’t even get what I asked for and didn’t get the correct size drinks or anything. Like are y’all running off scraps or something? I will be going there to either get my order remade or corporate know how this location is running.

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell. The food was cold, tasted old, and honestly wasn’t appealing at all. It seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time before it was served. The flavors were off, the texture was unpleasant, and nothing tasted fresh. For the price, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this meal was not worth the money, and I won’t be returning unless the food quality improves significantly. I don't recommend this location at all!!!!!

  If I could give no stars I would- some of the nastiest night staff I’ve ever seen- will have you wait 25min just to tell you to be patient and they’ll tell the chef mind you order was placed online 20min prior to even arriving at the store. So grand total 45min to prepare 2 soft 2 hard a crunch wrap and nacho fries. When I finally gave up and pulled around again I was met with a nasty attitude manger who’s best offer was to tell the chef- ALSO was told there pre-closing which I understand however the manger said they started that at 11:45 I’ve been in the parking lot since 11:20 well before this supposed “pre-closing” which yall close as 2am and was only taking mobile orders due to a “system reboot” yet could still see mobile orders? All in all order service and as I write this I still haven’t received my food as well as it’s probably gonna be wrong cause it’s never not wrong :( note to self stay away from Jonesboro rd Taco Bell
