  Great solo work.this young lady was efficient,polite and a hard worker. I'm sure there were a few ppl.in the back scene.still she handled customer service on a stressful situation very well. Sunday June21,2025 6:45

  The food, especially the fries and chili, is old and appears to have been refried. You can taste the excess oil and burnt flavor. The service is even worse. According to the receipt, the manager, JaNaye, is beyond rude and seems to enjoy gaslighting customers. She claims that she says "please" to people at the drive-thru and then accuses them of being rude. In reality, she is gruff and cuts people off as soon as they take a breath. You also cannot ask her to confirm the last item she heard over the speaker without being talked down to and told that you are being rude. The manager even argued with my wife, saying that her "attitude was good" and that she was polite to cut me off because "I took a pause," as if that somehow made the situation better. Between the mediocre food, horrible service, and excessive wait times for small orders, you would be better off going to another restaurant.

  They overcharged me during happy hour and we were literally the only car in the line. The person taking the order had an attitude and her tone was very offsetting.

  Complete TRASH! I should have read reviews before I went. I just wanted a foot long hot dog as I remember and some tots. It's been a long while since I've been to a Sonic. Big mistake. Cold tots, and the hot dog wasn't cooked properly. My son had a chicken tender meal and that wasn't hot either. Smh.. No enthusiasm from the staff, just dull and the location seems dead. DO BETTER! Won't be returning. Sucks that my drink was the better part of spending $20.. If there's not gonna be any effort in this location just close.
