  I asked for regular wings and got boneless. And imagine getting lemon pepper wings with no lemon pepper on it. Just bare. Then received it an hour after ordering. Will never order from here again.

  Ordered online and picked up in store got home everything was fine except my large meat lovers pizza which I added stuff to. Was charged over $30 for a pizza and did not receive everything I ordered on it. I called the store multiple times to speak to someone and all you get is people hanging up the call once you explain the issue. I find this very frustrating because I at least want my pizza corrected. I live at least 25 minutes from the location and they’re about to close now. Absolutely horrible customer service.

  My husband placed an order at 7:40 He calls the store at 9:00 to inquire about the order because it was still saying preparing he called several times no answer, and he then called the call center they also attempted to call no answer, while on the call the dasher called and said that he was there in the store and the order hasn’t been made yet he said I don’t know you might want to cancel the order, my husband said ok I’m on the other line with the call center now and clicked back over. I’m still unable to get someone on the phone at that location we’ll reach back out to you when we can get an update….. My husband then called the store and the lady picked up the phone and said heeelllloooo and hung up, he called back she said all loud ITS ONLY ME AND A NEW PERSON IN HERE YOUR ORDER IS ON THE WAY YOUR ORDER IS ON THE WAY AND HUNG UP THE PHONE…. FIRE THAT DISRESPECTFUL LADY SHE DONT HAVE AN OUNCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I DONT CARE HOW FRUSTRATED YOU ARE YOU DONT TAKE IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMERS…. The pizza finally arrived at 10pm now I’m scared to feed my kids the food she might’ve did something to it🤢
