- MRMaryAnn East RandallJul 31, 20261.0This location is the worst and even customer service was no help. Both laughed at me. Hot ordered pizza for the last day of the daycare, two year olds that I take care of and after schoolers. I ordered at10:10am i called back in the 11am hour. They said it was in the oven, and then I called back at 12:15 and they claimed I didn't have an order. It was somebody that didn't even speak English well. They refused to get one delivered quickly. They refused to give me a free Pizza so I called customer service and they also refused to give me a pizza for free or send me coupons or anything. They are supposed to refund me and i'm not sure if they're even gonna do that. I was laughed at and it was just horrible customer service. I ended up having to scrounge up. Food to feed toddlers and after schoolers.

But isn't that the point of customizing the pizza you order ? Was told bring the pizza for a refund but I had surgery hence the delivery. Service sucks .
- KJKayla JohnsonJul 23, 20261.0They are very slow for night shift everyone employee wise is walking past me not acknowledging customers walking in to see what is needed the girl at the counter is leaning on the phone taking entirely to long to acknowledge people coming in. Everyone is walking around as if they don’t see customers walking by doing everything but helping with headphones in and etc very unprofessional. If the girl at the counter has customers waiting why isn’t anyone pitching in to help her instead of staring and walking around . There seems to be to many people working to not be helping anyone.
