- HPHope PruittApr 21, 20261.0This is the worst "fast food". My toddler and I waited 30 plus minutes for ONE happy meal. We walked in and no one was standing at the register, no one greeted us. I had to order on the self ordering machine. The first one didn't work. The second one did work, we ordered I grabbed a number tent to place on the table. And we waited and waited and waited. I watched cars go in and out, I watched customers get served and leave. I had to go ask an employee that looked like they hated their life and hated me just for being there where his happy meal was. I waited more... I had to ask for our food twice. My toddler was playing in the play area and the employee is standing behind the counter hollering at me "here's your happy meal come get it" I thought the food was supposed to be brought out to you? I didn't move as I felt she was being rude by basically screaming at me to get my food. So I guess the employee expects me to leave my kid unsupervised in the play area with a sign that states "children must be supervised" (that sign doesn't even need to be there, I would never leave my child unsupervised in this world) This place has horrible customer service, and horrible employees. It's McDonald's, it's an easy job and the employees here act like it's rocket science to put make a happy meal. I mean honestly this was ridiculous.
