  Nice ok McDonald’s in McDonough Georgia that’s bout it but food taste good though now service not the best only so so far as inside go now outside in drive Thu like many McDonald’s u go to they get there stuff 1st & inside is mostly always 2nd that’s life now drive Thu main money spot & inside 2nd

  I ordered an entire meal for me and my family and when the food came nothing i ordered was in the bag. the service was terrible and the workers are lazy. I ordered a meal and they took it upon themselves too throw 9 apple pies in the bag. Dont eat here if you value your appetite.

  The service is slow, ignorant, ambivalent, RUDE, AND INEPT. The food and character qualities of the staff compliment each other... poor. Of every McDonald's in GA, I cannot imagine this one being better than the least.

  I placed an order through the McDonald’s app at 9:50 PM, well before the 11 PM closing time, but my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, I was told they were out of regular hamburger meat and was expected to take a McChicken instead, which I don’t eat. I was then given a Filet-O-Fish as a substitute. To make matters worse, both of my drinks were just carbonated water, likely because the drink machines were already being cleaned. The Filet-O-Fish itself was also poorly prepared—the slice of cheese looked like the very last piece, with multiple pieces stuck together as if it had been sitting out for a long time. Overall, it felt like the store was not prepared to properly fulfill orders despite still being open, and the substitutions and quality of the food were unacceptable. Additionally, the McChicken I did order appeared to have been cooked twice, as it was noticeably darker than it should have been.
