- RRRyanAug 7, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars I would. Sat down with my family and friends I haven’t seen in awhile to enjoy a meal. Ordered 2 salads, 1 medium piece, a calzone, a pasta, and two single slices. 4 adults 2 children. There was about 50% capacity about 7 tables for about 7 employees. All of which looked to be early twenties to teenagers. Half standing around talking to each other and 1 table of customers. Sat over an hour to get ANY of our food. This is including the two salads. After about 45 minutes of waiting we finally asked the waitress for an update on our food and she said “they’re working on it” it should be out shortly. At this point, they made the two salads and brought them out. Then sat another 20-30 minutes. When the food came out one complete order (the pasta) was missed. Waited 10-15 or so minutes for it to come. It never came. We got our checks and went to pay. Asked that they remove the pasta as it was never received and no longer wanted to wait for it. They then said they had it but didn’t know who it went to. Unsure why they wouldn’t bring it to the table it was ordered from and asked who ordered. I typically eat at Johnny’s in Stockbridge and have NEVER had this kind of service. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody to eat at this location. Employees showed no sense of urgency for anybody’s order. Save the trouble and eat at the restaurant next door. Better service and better food. Johnnys corporate should be ashamed they have a location like this. To the response from the owner, you are incorrect. I paid for all of my food that we received. A single slice, 2 salads, and 2 drinks and a water. The total was 19$ and change. I was in no way condescending or rude to your staff. Please review your cameras again and you will see that I DID in fact pay. If I did not pay, I wouldn’t have written a review showing my name…
