This Johnny’s pizza has become the worst Johnny’s I have ever visited. My family and I live close to the Old Jackson Rd. Location. Called in an order for 4 large pizzas last Friday, and went to pkup after an hour. Was told they didn’t have an order, and am I sure this was the location the order was placed. Left the location and hit redial on my phone and guess what. Right, the girl that answered stated they should be coming out in 5 mins. Went back to the location and the mgr said did you figure it out. Response was NO but your staff did. All of that and the pizza was horrible. Done with this location.

1st Visit -- I noticed that there were a lot of people waiting for long periods to get their call-in orders or to get to the register to place an order. Perhaps this process can be streamlined...there should be two separate lines since this is a very busy establishment.

Horrible experience. We usually love Johnnys but we have noticed the last few times this location has gone downhill. Tonight alone, there were several dirty tables upon entering and nobody seemed to be welcoming to people coming in. We ordered baked feta for appetizer and there was paper in it. The meals themselves were not how they have been in the past. Never once got asked for refills or checked on at that. I hope to see continued improvement because tonight was enough to not want to come back.

This isn’t my first time at Johnny’s, and it definitely won’t be my last. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after tonight, I felt like I needed to say something and get it off my chest. It seemed like things were pretty hectic tonight, but honestly, the servers did the best they could. They were very nice and attentive, even though it took a little while for our food to come out. Once it did, everything was great and definitely worth the wait. I really want to give a shoutout to our server, Mikayla, and another server who was a little redheaded girl. I wish I could remember her name because she was great too. Mikayla did a great job keeping us updated and making sure we had everything we needed. She kept checking on us to make sure we were doing alright and that our food was good. You could tell she really cared about taking care of her customers. The other server was just as impressive. It looked like the kitchen was getting pretty overwhelmed, and instead of standing around, she jumped right in and started helping. That’s what you like to see. Good teamwork. Overall, I think the whole Johnny’s crew tonight deserves a lot of credit. It was a busy night, but they kept working hard and doing their best to take care of everybody. You can’t ask for much more than that. Great job, ladies. I appreciate the hard work, and I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Johnny’s Pizza on Old Jackson Road in McDonough! I ordered the Chicken Parmesan dinner, and it was excellent. The chicken was tender, crispy, and covered in plenty of flavorful sauce and melted cheese. It was a generous portion, came out hot and fresh, and completely hit the spot. What really made the visit stand out, though, was our server, Jess. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without ever making us feel rushed. Great service can make a good meal even better, and Jess definitely did that. Between the food, the portions, and the service, this was an easy 5-star experience. I’ll absolutely be coming back to Johnny’s Pizza, and I’d happily order the Chicken Parmesan again. If you stop in, hopefully you’re lucky enough to get Jess as your server!
