  Food was great the sandwich was made with love you could taste it The service was great and quick The atmosphere was fun and clean. The bathrooms had funny signs which we enjoyed

  This was our first time ever at Jimmy John’s, and it was excellent! They walked us through the ordering process and all the options with kindness and grace. We got 4 excellent sandwiches! Everything was great-I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you, Jimmy John’s!

  This location always looks unsanitary-toppings uncovered, lettuce turning colors, staff is young and are always huddled in a corner talking, no present management….just not appealing when you walk in and really make you want to walk out. Only visited twice just to give the benefit of doubt from the first time but it was the same thing. Frustrating being I had never eaten at Jimmy John’s prior

  The restaurant is clean but the pros stop there. I ordered 2 sandwiches online and got to the store about 15 minutes later. The store was not busy but there were 2 people waiting on their food. When I walked up no one greeted me so I proceed to tell them my name and that I ordered online. The girl mumbled something about making it from scratch. I say ok and sit down. I see several people come in after me order at the counter, get their food and leave. I sit waiting patiently thinking wth all I ordered was a tuna sandwich and a turkey sandwich. About 30 minutes later (I was scrolling Instagram) my name is called, my order is finally ready. I get home and they didn't make my order correctly. I order extra meat on both sandwiches and both barely had anything on them except a boat load of soggy lettuce. Never again!
