- ITIsrael ThomasOct 10, 20265.0Needed a order for my brother‘s wedding for the groom suite in a pinch and this is Jimmy John’s came through for sure! I had a 30 piece sandwich order and needed it at 10:15 in the morning. The order was waiting on me ready to go, and the staff were so kind helpful and able to give me anything I needed in a moments notice. Make sure you go here and support this staff.

Marcus was friendly and professional and very helpful with making suggestions for add on items for my sandwich. I was definitely surprisingly pleased after having several negative experiences at this location in the past under a different owner/management. Kudos to Marcus for providing me with and awesome experience.

I did not see a drink cup placed on the counter so I asked another employee for a drink cup and was told it was fine to take a large drink cup. I wasn’t aware that the giant combo didn’t come with a large drink. I was later confronted by Ariyah to which I told that I was told to go ahead and grab the cup. A big fuss was made about it “not being okay” that I grabbed a big cup. I swiftly said it’s fine I’ll pay the difference ($.54) and was given a hard time about it like I know the company policy on drinks. I was treated like a thief over a drink. I will be calling corporate to report this rude behavior.
