  First and last experience here… Honestly really disappointed with the service here. For a restaurant where most plates are $30+, I expected a much better experience. Our waitress the tall lady with the NY accent was very rude and acted bothered anytime we asked questions about the menu. We weren’t being difficult, just trying to understand the dishes before ordering. Even simple questions she kept copping attitude. If you’re going to be a server dealing with people the bare minimum is being kind. The attitude was so off-putting that we honestly ended up walking out and choosing not to eat there at all. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome for asking simple questions about the menu, especially at a restaurant at this price point. The food may be good, but service matters just as much. A little patience and kindness go a long way. You never know who’s coming in to support your business or what kind of tip they may leave, so treating people respectfully should be the bare minimum. Hopefully management pays more attention to the customer service side because it completely affected our experience.

  Excellent food, good serving sizes and ambience. Don’t be fooled by the outside, is within a gas station but once inside you are transported to the Mediterranean. Skyler our servant was great and doubles as a bartender, awesome drinks she prepared for us, paying attention to our particular requests.

  Fusion Restaurant & Bar offers an exceptional Mediterranean experience, featuring fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and perfectly seasoned dishes. The grilled meats were tender, the fried calamari was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely a great place for Mediterranean and Greek food! 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ The service was awesome.

  Food, drinks, and hookah never disappoint me. This place is really a gem 💎 Updated review: I hate I had to update this review because I never had an issue with service until today. However, my server Nailah was not attentive. Automatic gratuity does not means you shouldn't check on your guest. She didn't ask if I wanted another drink, refill, or if I wanted a dessert. She didn't even come back to bring the check. I had to come inside the restaurant to look for her to pay my tab. The restaurant was not busy and it was only one other guest that was there.

  This just was not good, at all. I'm assuming all the good reviews are for dine in because they took full advantage of this being a take out order. The 3 Moroccan cigars were burnt and the cheese had burst out—when I brought this to the attention of the manager (owner?) she tried to straight up gaslight me about how food looks when it's fried 🥴 Fighting hard as hell to hold onto that $15. They also forgot the side of soup I ordered. I showed her my receipt which had a salad and soup as sides, she told me my meal only came with 1 side so they chose to give me the salad (which was old btw) When I told her I wanted the soup and if they weren't going to honour what their ordering system processes, then they should have reached out to ask. She reluctantly went to get a soup, but not before telling me she had to make the soup specially for me, like she specially made the wilted salad. That was awkward and personally defensive for no reason. Needless to say, I threw that soup away, so I don't know if it was good. Her whole vibe aura whatever was off—mind you I’m on the clock, so I'm not arguing about anything. I was very calm the whole time she was playing in my face. The salmon for the gyro was dry, but I expected that based on everything else. Bottom line, this was not a $44 meal 😩
