Everything was delicious! We ordered the pineapple fajitas with grilled shrimp and beef, and the flavors were really good. The strawberry mocktail was also very tasty. We stopped by without planning to, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. We had a great meal and would be happy to visit again.

I am currently very ill hence why i chose delivery. DoorDash tells me to contact the store and i get hung up on when i just wanted a refund from the store. Extremely rude and unprofessional. 2 drinks i needed a refund on and no one can help. DoorDash can’t help bc i ordered from the store. NO MAS! This is ridiculous! I get cursed out and hung up on bc I’m politely asking for a refund and explaining i am too sick to come and create a germ filled restaurant and they insisted. Be careful bc they don’t care about your health there

Our family has been here many times and we have also brought many other guests with us to eat here at El Jalisco. Our experience has always been a good one! Good food, service and great drinks. Today was the first time I left the restaurant and got me thinking as to why this happened. Why does the server automatically tip themselves 18% for a party of four? When the check came I was a little shocked with the total and saw that the tip was already included. As a customer, I hate this…let me decide how much to tip you. I could have planned to tip you more? But if it’s included now you’re making assumptions that the service was at that level. I always tip generously, but this auto tipping has gotten out of hand. El Jalisco, please tell your servers to not do this or if this is your policy, then customers may just not return!

They have events such as karaoke. The food is good. The prices are a little high, but there's a good energetic vibe.

This is my first time eating here and unfortunately most likely my last. I probably would not have even given a review but I paid $71 for fajitas for 2 and ceviche and the price was just too high to be this poor quality. The ceviche was inedible (it had a rancid left out too long taste and the shrimp was rubbery). I had high hopes for the fajitas but when I open the container the chicken and steak had the consistency of jerky. Seriously if you held up one piece of meat that was 6 inches long it would not fall down (like Old Trapper jerky) there were somewhat bright spots. The shrimp in the fajitas had a great flavor and did not seem to be overcooked for the dish, just on the small side (walmart 60/80). Everything else was standard. (Veggies, beans, rice, salad) nothing blew me away except for the extremely high price. On the positive side this location seems to have an amazing atmosphere. I got my food to go but they were having karaoke and seemed like everyone was having a great time. Also the drinks seem to be good but of course I have no idea I was just going with what I saw. My food was ready quickly which was a plus. In conclusion this place may be good for hanging out and getting drinks and possibly some other dish might be good but if you're going here for fajitas you'll be disappointed and questioning your financial decisions.
