  This location seems to be a LOT better than the locust Grove location. And my order is correct Everytime unlike lg location. The girls have been very friendly so far. The only thing I absolutely hate about this location is that the Zaxby's and the db parking lots aren't connected. So if you are going through the intersection towards the Dutch bros, you can't simply go through the zaxs lot to get to it AND the opening on the other side is a one way opening so you can't turn left either, you have to u turn on a very busy road to even get to it. I work with engineers and they all agree that the civil engineer that did that was not the brightest. Obviously, that's not the locations fault, so my stars will not reflect that hiccup.

  They have rap music playing so loud I could hardly hear the server. I play various rap genres in my car quite frequently through Toby Mac radio and others. What they were playing was harsh and did I mention loud? I felt as though I was being yelled at by the rapping artist blaring on the speaker! I walked away not even ordering one of the sugary drinks from their menu. I think they have coffee but did not see it on the menu. There was a small box in the upper right corner of their menu which may have had 4 coffee drinks. There were at least 4 people waiting near the pick up window and 3 cars in the drive thru so people like their products but for me it wasn't my vibe, welcoming or comfortable. Reminded me of a Brewsters ice cream stand with a drive thru. It's kind of ironic that this coffee shop with a ton of sugary products shares a building with a future dental practice.

  I have been to this location multiple times after being a frequent visitor of the Locust Grove location. This is my go to when I’m having a bad day and I need a little pick me up. That being said, I know that this location is new. I typically don’t leave reviews, but I will this one time so this issue can be worked on. I ordered through the app that way everything is prepared for me when I get there. I have one morning sat at the window in the front for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledge me and multiple people walked past me stoned out of their mind. Today I again ordered through the app. I got a shark attack, substitute blackberry for the blue raspberry. I had two people walk past the window while I was in the window and completely ignored me. One person was organizing the syrups literally right next to me completely ignoring me. I stood there outside for about 15 minutes before I stuck my head in for anyone to acknowledge me. Moral of the story customer service here sucks! After being ignored for 15 minutes, my drink was not made correctly. I also would like to add that there was only two cars in the drive-through and I was the only one at the walk-up window Boooooooooo👎🍅🍅

  I got in drive thru line at 9:34.....at 10:05 we were the 2nd car in line with nobody behind us!! The girl came to my car window and told us they were taking the car ahead of me but not mine!!! I told her we had been in line for 35 minutes. That was my 1st and last trip to Dutch Bros!!

  Great location with beautiful scenery, everything looked clean! Good and efficient customer service. Can’t wait to try new drinks. I also like how they have sugar free flavorings for someone like me!
