I ordered the same thing at every location and never had a problem like this before all I asked for was liquid sugar and they act like I asked for something not on the menu. Just for them to get a attitude put regular sugar in My cup and get mad when I told them they had to redo it. Then I proceeded to ask for my receipt and they said they threw it away.... With nobody in front of me and nobody behind me in the Drive-Thru line they threw away my receipt I said okay can you reprint it and they said no. I said I need my receipt because I need to make a complaint they then proceeded to give me the manager number that doesn't work. So I took it above them and above their manager and call corporate 😘

Today I thought, let’s give them another chance, never again. This time I asked to order the new raspberry lemonade tea. The young woman stated that it wasn’t out yet but it was in my app. No big deal, I selected a different refresher. This is my issue; instead of getting off her phone and taking my order, yes she was on a call, not taking care of drive thru customers because their weren’t any, she acted as if she was doing me a favor and continued with her call. She was very unprofessional not to mention unpleasant. So, as I said before, never again. We will drive across town to Dunkin on Jonesboro Rd in McDonough, where you are greeted as soon as you walk in and carry on a pleasant conversation with the customer! BTW, this was 6/17/26 at 5:30 pm.

To make matters worse, she had napkins in her hand to give me, but instead used them to wipe down the countertops inside the store and then placed those same napkins into the bag with my snack and bacon. She walked away before I could even say anything. She seemed unhappy.Absolutely unacceptable and very unsanitary. 5/18/2026 - around 11 AM
