How careless and incompetent are these workers here that you miss 4 whole drinks in an order?! This not the first time I’ve had issues with this location over the years. If I would’ve saw the delivery location was this one, I would’ve never ordered here! Exactly why I always go to 1470 Jonesboro Rd when or if I can!

Despite the high volume of customers, the staff did a fair job keeping things moving and managing orders as efficiently as possible. Customer Service: The customer service was okay. The employees appeared to be working hard to keep up with the rush, and while interactions were brief due to how busy it was, they remained professional and focused on serving customers in a timely manner. Food & Drinks: I decided to try the new $6 meal deal, which includes a breakfast wrap and a coffee. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a big fan of this updated combo. In my opinion, the previous meal deal offered much better value and variety. It included a breakfast sandwich or croissant, garlic-seasoned hash browns, and a coffee, which made for a more filling and satisfying breakfast. The breakfast wrap wasn’t bad, but it simply didn’t compare to the old option that many customers enjoyed. Overall: Even though I wasn’t impressed with the new meal deal, this Dunkin remains a convenient stop for a quick breakfast and coffee. The staff handled a busy environment well, and the location continues to provide the consistency I’ve come to expect. I’ll definitely return in the future, especially for my coffee and other menu favorites. I’d rate this experience 3.5 to 4 stars out of 5 based on the service, convenience, and overall experience.
