  This is the second time I’ve had an issue with a mobile order at this location. I placed my order through the app and pulled into the drive-thru. No one asked for my name before handing me a breakfast sandwich, and the bag was covered in grease stains. I was then asked if I had a drink and told to pull to the second window. I waited about 5–7 minutes while several cars were served and left, and customers inside the restaurant were also being helped. No one ever came back to check on me. I eventually had to get out of my car and knock on the window because it seemed like my order had been forgotten. To make matters worse, my sandwich was also made incorrectly. I ordered American cheese but received white cheese instead. This is the second time this location has gotten my cheese wrong on a mobile order. I do want to recognize Gabriel, though. Once I got someone’s attention, he apologized sincerely, asked for my name, made sure I received my drink, gave me a straw, and even offered me a donut for the inconvenience. He was polite, professional, and did everything he could to fix a situation he didn’t create. My frustration isn’t with Gabriel—it’s with the overall process. Mobile orders should be verified by name, customers shouldn’t be forgotten after being asked to pull forward, and orders should be made correctly. I hope management reviews this because I like Dunkin’, but this location has now made the same mistake twice.

  Quick stop for a midday iced coffee in an unfamiliar town. The place was clean, the two young gentlemen who waited on my daughter and I were very friendly and quick to be of service, and the iced coffee was the bomb diggity. Definitely worth it.

  WENT BACK IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!! The hash browns were very mushy and the croissant was burned around the sides THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO GOOD…. I’m still going back 😆. Good customer service is hard to find! You never know what type of day people are having, so to be greeted with such kindness was a nice feeling.
