  Never in my life have I had a bad experience at Dunkin’ Donuts till today at this place. First off I paid $35 dollars for Food, Drinks, and 6 donuts. I was beyond pissed when I got home and opened up my food it smelled gross and looked gross. The donuts were fine being the only thing. Now for the two hot pumpkin spice lattes I was pissed when I opened it up it was half way filled and looked liked they gave me already drank lattes sitting out with the whip cream already melted on the lids. That was extremely disgusting and I was disappointed that I had to throw everything out that I just paid $35 dollars for. Never again with this location.

  😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 Dunkin Dunkin Dunkin!!!!! Love it! But not all Are the same . I have and will bypass A Dunkin and drive the extra miles to this store on Ga-155 in McDonough! Bc, of the team that works there. But particularly . Taylor and Bryon remembers me and other customers and recommends the best options based on my likes. Taylor and Bryon knows how I like my coffee. And their always a ray of sunshine!! Thank you so much For Always being a Joy in my day!!!!

  Normally I don't go to Duncan for breakfast but I was in the area and I figured I'd give him a try. Walking in the employees were not really focused on anything but the drive-thru. Everyone looked chaotically unorganized but I was greeted. The food was even more disappointing as I ordered the breakfast combo and the bacon was too crispy and dry. The hash browns also looked burnt from stale oil and lonely contained a few within the order. They should just stick to what they do best which is donuts because the breakfast is not where it's at. Finally I didn't want to comment on the table I sat in which was grossly unbalanced. Luckily my coffee was sealed when I rested my arms and the table leaned like a seesaw. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location for breakfast

  Im upset been here many time but will not return. Yes the women at the windows is very nice everytime. But the person making drinks is not friendly. I ask for the drink to be remade and all she did is add more syrup. I did ask for more syrup. If I asked for ot to be remade just remake it not be lazy and add sugar . I dont want a mouth full of sugar. The lady with black glass and black cap needs to be restrained on customer service skill not rude and laziness. I understand if I was rude bit when I spend 20 dollars just want a simple drink made right. Every i come here alway make drink wrong but today was the straw. With that rude women. Need better customer service!@@@@@
