  First time eating at this establishment…and a lot went wrong…. Called my order in from work on Sept 10th of 2026 ..around 3:30 pm..i actually spoke to someone I ordered a large thin crust pizza have spicy veggie and the half classic trio… The employee on the phone said it would be ready by 5:00 pm as we both agreed….i get there I tell them my name the female cashier looks ir up finds it I pay for it..I sit and wait 15 minutes then proceed to the counter and ask about my pizza … An employee from the back said it was picked up already..they gave my pizza away!… Apologies were given and they made another pizza which was delicious..but I was there 40 minutes..this was a grab and go scenario and this establishment failed…one of the employees gave me Asiago bread without marinara sauce 🤷🏾‍♂️

  This was our first time having or even hearing about Donatos. However after seeing a TikTok of the McDonough location yesterday we took the leap and ordered it for takeout tonight. WOW, ya’ll exceeded our expectations and then some! Online ordering was a breeze, when I came in everyone was genuinely so friendly and the place was clean, organized and inviting. The food smelled so good in the car I just knew it had to be good, and WAS! The thin crust cheese pizza, calzano and the subs were chefs kiss 10/10! We will definitely will order again!

  Waited for them to open for few months now.was hoping for a mom n pop recipe brick oven family style pizza place. -Instead they just another conveyor pizza place papajohn dominoes ceasars etc,etc..except price is twice as high. -no need to dine in either as they dont even have fountain drinks for refills. Bottled drinks like fast food pizza places. -The sub size was not even good size freshmade bread.came out of plastic bag like kroger buns. Huge disapointment was hoping for a unique new pizza spot to frequent. Will stick to little ceasar for cheap pizza and 15th street for brickoven same high price as Donato. Positive notes--was very clean and the young lady was very personable and nice.

  WOW! Papa John’s won’t ever get another dime from me. My pizza from Donato’s was SOOOO GOOD! It was delicious. The portion size was great, the flavor was on point, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings like the “competitors”. This location is also very clean, and provided me with amazing customer service! I am glad to have this pizza place right across the street from me. I will be back. ☺️ Give them a try, you won’t regret it.

  Just went to Donatos at around 6pm. Girl with the long braids completely messed up my order. She was very rude and told me I couldn’t get hot honey on my boneless wings even though the menu says no dry rub flavors on boneless. I told her the menu doesn’t say I couldn’t get hot honey and she said it won’t give her the option??? We received traditional wings instead of boneless and they forgot my sub. We waited an additional 15 minutes for our food. The owner (I assume) was very kind and gave us a gift card.
