  Our time was great , my daughter enjoyed playing in the arcade. Food was amazing & service was top tier ! Aaliyah was a great help in helping me decide on the menu options .

  First a Warning: If you are a Party of 7+ never do the eat and play combo. That amount you would "save" is completely lost by the required gratuity you have to pay on your game time. Also be care full as tonight they tried to force this policy on party's of 6 as well. They bring the receipts with suggested gratuities that are instead enforced as required gratuities. We were forced to call the manager and prove we were only ever a party of 6 in order to have to option to pay an alternate gratuity on the food service instead of the combined cost of the game cards. Please note this was explained to us previously on an earlier visit from the weekday daytime server, and manager with out prompt vs tonight where it was hidden and tried attempted to be forced. Had I given a card, or large bills for change I would have been charged the full suggested gratuity with out ever accepting it. For clarification we are talking a $46 suggested gratuity for 4 meals, 3 sodas, and 1 desert. Overall the arcade side was great, and food was good, it just unfortunate these underhanded tactics really put a huge thorn in the whole experience. There were multiple machines down, or malfunctioning, but there was also 3-4 techs tonight playing wac a mole to bring them back online.

  I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share what an awesome experience we had today celebrating our son’s 7th birthday at Dave & Buster’s McDonough. Our guests experienced the ultimate VIP experience in their very chic private event space with excellent views thanks to the well thought out design of the glass enclosure. Our server McClain did a fantastic job managing a large event solo. Great attention to detail! The managers on duty today, Stanley and Jeremy and the regional manager D’Ron were fantastic as well and very hands on making sure we had everything we needed and the food was fantastic! Everyone had a great time✨

  I spent 4.5 hours there with my kids. And I had a blast. I see why adults tend to go there. I look forward to going on a Sunday or Monday to take advantage of drink and good specials without the kids lol. With that being said buying the unlimited card is really not a bad deal. I hate you have a cap on tickets but I understand grudgingly. Good was good and I have to admit some of the best French fries I've had at a restaurant
