  Atmosphere is really nice during the week as it isn't as busy! The host Leo greeted and got me seated with such a wonderful attitude. My server Ali was super attentive and got my order in swiftly. Very friendly and helpful, especially with my husband's allergies. Both managers Nate and Robert checked on me and made sure I was well taken care of. Love the rotation of the games. Always something fun going on!

  I had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s thanks to Shante! She provided excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. She was so kind, patient, and professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure me and my children had a great time. It’s rare to come across someone with such a genuine and positive attitude. Shante made our visit fun, welcoming, and stress-free. Thank you for making our family outing so special we will definitely be back

  I had a graduation party for my Granddaughter and the service was excellent!!! The staff and manager were very friendly and attentive, making the whole event stress-free from start to finish. The atmosphere was perfect for both kids and adults. Our guests had a great time. Huge thanks to Tiffany (Event Coordinator), Ahmad (Manager), Ashiya??? (in the party room), Asia (at the bar), and the rest of the team for making everything run so smoothly — we’ll definitely be back!

  I came here years ago and wasn't really into the selection of games and everything they had at that time. I revisited a couple weeks ago and the changes they made, fantastic!! I was so surprised. The only drawback is I wanted to do the human claw machine but I really think $25 is really high for that, so none of us did it. 2/4 of us were really interested, but $50 just for that, wasn't ideal. We didn't eat here this time, so I have no update on that. Some of the games had technical issues with them and weren't scoring actual points and I called the technician over to fix at least 4 that he confirmed weren't working when he attempted either. I'm not sure if they were recently put in, but he fixed them and allowed us to play for what we swiped/paid for but didn't get to experience. They really stepped up the games at this location and I was very happy. Will definitely be coming back. Price wise, I wasn't the one who treated all of us this time, so I'm not aware of it the points were worth the total.

  Tried Dave & buster’s at the McDonough location. We were seated and our server was Jasmine. When I say Jasmine is amazing from the time we were seated she was amazing. She explained everything, she gave her suggestions on food and drinks and came and checked on us very often. She apologized even when she didn’t need to. Then out of nowhere Ammon came over and asked were we ok and if we needed anything. Customer service is soooo amazing me and my family will be back💕
