  At 2pm on an a WEDNESDAY after playing games PAYING CUSTOMERS. Less than 10 customers dining in. The restaurant basically empty not even ONE person at the bar. The manager wouldn’t allow me & my child to sit & wait for food at any empty table because I paid online for pickup. Let me reiterate we were denied chairs to sit & wait for all of 10 minutes & also told we could not eat our food at all there since I paid online to pick it up (I had a gift card). Empty dining room. Fair enough. Stupid but ok. So me & my son were sitting at the completely empty bar at the end (bartender asked if we needed anything & left us alone) but the SAME manager decided instead of going to get my food that was already ready for pickup at this point, so I could simply walk out, he decided to come & again insists that it’s against the law for me to have a seat & wait for my food. No drinks involved & literally not even 1 singular other customer present. Truly a laughable experience like I can’t believe they were serious. I was just trying to enjoy the afternoon with my 6yr old & grab a bite. Maybe if he put as much effort as he does in securing the dining room in the gym he wouldn’t be so round & angry. Angry bird. great job Dave & busters. I will NEVER be back to that location. I have so many play cards & gift cards but I guess we will just have to start going to different location or give them away.

  One of the best Dave & Busters I've been, its huge, clean, friendly, very nice environment and pleasant audiences, never experienced any vulgar nor boisterous behavior the 7 times I been there, always a go to when it comes to taking out the family for some fun.

  Let me start off with friendly Staff, friendly waitress friendly Manager. However, the $25 wings is a Scam. They will bring only five out to that person but it takes 15 to 20 minutes, for the first five wings. It takes 20 minutes for a re-order. We only got two orders of wings in total of 10 when we re-ordered five more wings. They never brought them..Our waitress ,she asked if they brought our wings we told her no. We sat there for about two hours. Do not I repeat. Do not get the all you can eat wings cause it is a scam. It takes forever for them to bring it to you.

  The amount of issues I've had with my summer membership pass, has been very exhausting. But despite that Assistant general manager, Jeremy has always been very helpful and attempts to get us playing as quickly as possible. I truly believe the glitches are within cooperate and IT department. Calling Customer service gets me no where. But none the less the managers and staff in this store are always so helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to get my kid playing every visit. Servers are also fantastic! The location and employees are amazing. Wished I could say the same for cooperate/customer service Dept.

  I purchased a unlimited game card for my kid and before we left we went to redeem the points just to be told our card was no longer active and all of the points were transferred to another card. Customer service was terrible and no solution was offered to fix the situation even after I showed them where I purchased the card that day.
