  I literally have been coming to this location since the week it opened... I have never had a bad experience... the employees are consistent and the MANAGER is TOP TIER and she runs a strict environment. She upholds the quality of the Chipotle brand... if you have an issue, please make sure you point it out to her because her commitment to keeping the integrity of this location is important to her and the staff.

  Literally had me at the drive thru window for atleast 3-4mins and didn’t even acknowledge me. I sat there watching her continue to make orders. Mind you I’m a mom and had my window down… I know she heard my fussy crying infant baby but nope still not one ounce of urgency!

  the food is actually always good but the manager has a poor attitude and speaks to her employees like trash it’s sad. i live 5 minutes from this location and every time i go when she is not there it is always so much more pleasant.

  So I’ve had chipotle before but I’ve never actually been inside one. I was tasked to go there for myself and my coworkers. I was a bit excited and I had the order pulled up on my phone. The female manager is overly aggressive. Since it’s my first time here, I let her know that hoping she would calm down. I basically paid $42 for her to steal every bit of happiness I had walking in. I left feeling very deflated. I most definitely will never go back.

  5 stars isn’t enough for the experience I had at this Chipotle. From the manager to every employee on the line, the entire team was locked in and focused on customer service. The young man who prepared my bowl and burrito was outstanding. The portions were perfect, the food was made with care, and he remained professional while working incredibly hard. You could tell he was giving everything he had during a busy shift. What really impressed me, though, was the attention to detail from the team. When I got to the fajita vegetables, there were mostly end pieces left, so I politely passed on them. I didn’t think anything of it. By the time I made it to the register, one of the young ladies on the line had already noticed, made a fresh batch, and packed some on the side for me without me even asking. That’s not just good service, that’s people paying attention and genuinely caring about the customer experience. The manager has clearly built a strong culture at this location because everyone was working together, helping each other, and taking pride in what they were doing. I wish I had gotten everyone’s names because they all deserve recognition. I’ll definitely be back.
