- VWValarie wyllyMay 6, 20262.0I arrived at 9:30 the hours say they don’t close until 11pm they already shutting down and a few workers catch an attitude because I asked for steak when there was none. They did make it eventually but the customer service was awful. We are not forcing you to work at a place you hate. I remained friendly but the staff attitude was absolutely awful every single one of them in there.

I’ve been here once before and had a similar experience, but I brushed it off as her having a bad day. However, today confirmed that it wasn’t just a one-time thing. The customer service was terrible, and I was even charged $1.60 for a side of corn, which felt unreasonable. The interaction was so unpleasant that I ended up canceling my order altogether. I’d definitely recommend going to the Hudson Bridge location instead much better experience overall. Be warned!

The manager (Nyzeria/Nizeria, African American woman, short with glasses) was on a personal phone call on speaker while taking my order, which is extremely unprofessional—especially for someone in a management role. I could clearly hear her and the person on the phone making negative comments about customers coming in late while I was standing right there. That kind of behavior is rude and inappropriate. I’ve also interacted with her previously, and she had the same negative attitude. This time I had to leave a review! I have never felt more unwelcome at a business. The overall interaction came off as passive-aggressive and unprofessional. As a manager, she should be setting a better example.
