  I wish I didn’t have to even give this place a star. Not only did I spend half of my lunch in line I was greeted with such a nasty attitude, I was willing to be patient on a 30 minute lunch break. The girl with the sunk blonde hair was extremely nasty when I told her that it was hair in the queso and that I wanted the queso from the other line she storms off with an attitude comes back and very rude asking me what else I wanted. I ignored her completely and just politely finished my order. Just to wait in line and watch her serve the queso to the next customer behind me with exchanging the queso with the hair. Just to get to the register to check out and be greeted by the manager with the red hair and normally she’s very sweet but today she hollers out in front of the whole store for me to put the lime chips back which I had no idea we couldn’t grab if we were buying them now everyone is looking at me as if I did something wrong and a-that point I was completely done with This store. Get to work and tell my co workers what happened and she asked me was it the girl with the blonde sunk stripe hair as it seems this behavior is allowed from these new employees. I would be reaching out to corporate and strongly suggest they review the cameras where employees are serving food with hair in it and if this place is not investigated I will be going higher up until it’s shut down

  Just close this location or get better management because everyone has an attitude. And they messed my order up. Like how u do that I'm standing right in ya face

  So I recently placed a negative review and I assume the “big girl with the red hair” that does mobile orders tried to get retaliation for my negative review by giving me smaller portions on a double protein bowl honestly this is sad because I was giving this location another chance after the poor experience last time so I ordered a double protein bowl including chicken she tried and she literally made the double protein bowl smaller than the regular bowl and she literally had a lil funky attitude when I re entered the store for an adjustment for my double protein bowl not to mention she insisted she knew the name of my order when I purposely let my wife order the meal so i wouldn’t get any backfire for my criticism In my review but she most definitely pointed that she knew it was me which leads me to believe it was done purely out of Retaliation and it makes you wonder would she spit in my food or do anything else to it because of criticism………ill never come here again and ill make sure to share experience with everybody THIS IS RIDICULOUS

  It doesn’t matter what time of the day.. when you come here they’re ALWAYS out of something. The food area where they prepare your food is always a mess. The service is below average. They must do some training in all areas to get the location back up and running…SMH

  I want to thank Zemekhia for being so kind to me when I was having an issue with the customer service person on the phone at corporate, who was not helpful. Zemekhia could see the stress on my face and went above and beyond to rectify the situation and showed compassion. What she did, she did NOT have to do but her act of kindness went so far and I will never forget it. I must say, she’s a stern individual when it comes to her crew (as she should be) but she’s very professional, personable and GENUINE especially with her customers. This is not the first interaction I’ve had with her and each time, it’s always been great. The young man with the dreads, he was amazing too and I hate I didn’t get his name. They both turned my terrible experience around. I truly understand why Zemekhia is the GM because she displays all the great qualities of one and more. She deserves to be recognized for her hard work and exceptional display of customer service and leadership.
