  PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS... of course this happens the one time I dont look at the reviews BEFORE ordering. Why is it so hard to just get a simple meal? All I order was a burrito and a steak quesadilla instead I got slop thrown in a bowl and a cold tortilla with cold cheese wrapped in foil mind you the "slop" that was in the bowl leaked through the bottom of the bag and busted out since they nearly just threw everything into the bag. This place is so unprofessional and needs to be shut down I have never encountered a Chipotle that was THIS bad in my life and thats not an exaggeration I literally dont even want to eat Chipotle anywhere after experiencing this location🤮🤮🤮

  If you love terrible service… this is your place. Everyone looked like they were completely miserable.. the girl told me they had no chips after seeing a girl make two bags.. I told her.. she then walked back and goes well I’ll make one bag… they were the slowest humans known to man.. need a new crew of people who take pride in their work and actually don’t have life.. they also had zero tea or juices.. this is 7pm.. no a crazy rush… if you wanna come here, don’t… save time and a horrible experience.

  The customer service could be improved. Young lady with red hair and hat working at the end of the line at 8:15 on 8/8/26 literally had a scowl on her face as if me simply ordering was bothering her. i ask for a small amount of topping and she dumps surely the regular amount or more. Although the woman at the register was not rude, she’s chewing gum and has a “get your food and go” disposition, and didn’t even tell me if the transaction was done; just moved on to checking out the next customer while i stood there. Please provide customer service training and ensure there is proper management at all times; this location needs more attention over all. I also don’t understand how you all are out of dressing 3 hours before closing. Please do better.

  I will be intentionally making a point not to return to this location! Went there on a Friday night around 8 PM and I could not have been more dissatisfied. The meat had no seasoning, the rice seemed mushy, and on top of that the food was cold! There were other patrons complaining of stale chips, and the service was underwhelming as everybody stood in the back, congregating, laughing and making conversation. If I did not have to get back to my son‘s football game, I would have returned this food and waited for them to make me better food, unfortunately, I will just have to accept never returning!

  Overall service was ok. Took forever to get food. Pickup order was not on the rack, girl making pickup orders never said peoples name, never put anything out. Everyone has to ask if their food was ready, I think there is a better process to get peoples food to them.
