I think it’s just a young crew that could use proper training as far as cleanliness and customer acknowledgment. “THE customer IS always right” wouldn’t get you very far if you asked to be compensated for any kind of discrepancy.

If the corporate office contacts me regarding this review, I also have video footage to support my complaint. The manager lamia has a very nasty attitude.

I had a work call come in and they could not hear me on the phone because of the music overshadowing my voice. Aside from that, loved it. Food and the service was great.

The fact that it’s in the afternoon and you are out of Steak with no intention of making any more shows this place lacks good service. This is my second time coming to this location and they are out of something. I am never coming to this location again
