Fries felt old and I was actually very shocked because I've never really had that before at a chik fil a. Normally things are fresh or don't seem like an issue to speak on, but never having a grilled chicken sandwich and fries that were cold when I opened the bag. I had to heat everything up fully again even though I had just left. I could even see if I was out like 10/15 mins it'll be a little warm.. 20/30 mins and it's cold .. but 3/4 mins and it's cold?? That's shocking..
