I ordered a side salad and the tomatoes were old and had mold. I called for a resolution and the manager said she would give me a reward for another side salad, never happened!

About a month ago, our vehicle was hit by a Chick-fil-A drive-thru sign at the McDonough, GA (Willow Lane) location while we were in the drive-thru. The store reviewed the video, apologized, and a claim was opened. We were contacted by Sedgwick Claims, provided a written statement and repair estimates, and followed every instruction given to us. Since then, communication has been just about nonexistent. We’ve made multiple attempts to follow up and are not getting responses or updates. Even from the owner. Our vehicle has been just sitting damaged this entire time and we are still waiting for a resolution. We expected better communication and accountability from the store and the claims process. We are now having to escalate just to get basic updates and next steps. Make short but keep the points
