After witnessing a crew member help clean up a milkshake off the floor and return to work WITHOUT washing her hands, I politely asked for a refund seeing that this young lady placed napkins and sauces inside my bag (on top of my food) with dirty hands. The other young lady went to relay the message of me wanting a refund to the manger and addressed me as “that lady over there” after I explicitly gave her my name and spelling at least 4 times. I am disgusted in the way I was treated and how no one asked the young lady to wash her hands, even after I explained what I witnessed.
