    very good service Extremely fast good atmosphere very nice staff but the drive-thru and the parking lot was confusing other then that it was good

    I had a really disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. The drive-thru employees came off rushed and uninterested, barely listening while I was placing my order. It honestly felt like they were more focused on talking and interacting with their coworkers than paying attention to customers, which made the whole process frustrating. On top of that, whoever was bagging the food clearly wasn’t paying attention. Items were missing, and what I did get was thrown together carelessly. When you’re paying for a meal, you expect at least some level of accuracy and professionalism. I usually expect better service here, but this visit definitely missed the mark. Hopefully management takes a closer look at how things are being handled, because this wasn’t the standard people come to expect.

    Oh my gosh! I can't say enough good things about the incredible staff at this location. I went there this morning after coming from a doctor's appointment and for some reason my Toyota RAV4 shut off in the Drive-Thru and it wouldn't start back up. I was so embarrassed but the young lady working the drive-thru called her manager and her and her staff came out and they literally pushed my vehicle out of the drive-thru and into the parking lot all the while smiling and being so polite. The story doesn't end there. Once I get into the parking space, the manager grabbed a mobile battery charger and began to charge my battery to see if that was the problem. Not sure if that was the problem, but the car eventually restarted. I have to add to the story that it was raining today and everyone pulled together despite the weather conditions. The young lady who helped me also offered to call her husband who works at Toyota Ellis in McDonough and I replied to her that that's exactly where I take my vehicle to get serviced and that's where I actually bought my vehicle. I have never seen anything quite like this as far as going beyond the call of duty. This was nothing short of amazing. Kudos to this amazing staff and they will continue to get my support. Oh and did I mention that the food was of course amazing

    This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever encountered! They always get your order wrong, the food is always cold and after they mess up they make you bring it back so they can see it. I mean every time. You could have used the app to make it right like all the other stores I’ve been too. Rarely do I ever encounter a problem at Chick-fil-A; however, this one needs to close down quite honestly. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. I promise I’ll never stop here again. The poor reviews fit this place has poor management and rude staff! How do you ruin someone’s breakfast like this? And the white gentleman that pretty much threw my order in the car was incredibly rude and should not work there. I am offended. I won’t be back.

    This is a sorry excuse of an establishment. You all overwork high schoolers and refuse to properly interchange workers from working inside and working outside which is completely wrong and against code of conduct. I wouldn’t be surprised by the time summer comes people are randomly passing out. Your manager falsely accused someone for “stealing points” without properly doing your due diligence of finding out what really happened because you saw them on the camera giving the receipt to another worker without knowing the situation at hand. Not only are are falsely accusing someone of stealing something very petty in its manner, your also highly degrading someone who is well feed at their loving home and doesn’t live off of chick-fi-la sandwiches for their daily nutrition. Your business will fail treating people inhumane with your unethical business practices. Nothing good comes out of treating those who are innocent wrongfully. You all are going to mess with the wrong child one day and I just pray that your handy cameras support whatever excuse you give but it won’t. Humble yourself you’ve only been in business for a year. Customers notice when your not switching out your workers during various of weather conditions and they also notice when you all are keeping certain people outside. The proof is in the pudding, a chick-fi-la only having a 3.9 rating and you’ve only been open for a year and some change. A comical embarrassment.
