Take out service. My friend lives down the street and eats take out here a few times a month and wanted to show me another one of their food source besides Johnny's Pizza in the same strip Shops. I do not like sides so I ordered a la cart. First my Beef Buritto Supreme did not cime a la cart. It came with beans and rice. I order a La carte because I do not care for the way Mexican restaurants make their plane pinto beans and they're rice. They're beans are always bland like smashed, pintos with no cumin, garlic, salt spices and no quesco cheese sprinkling on top to stir in which adds lots to the flavor. 2nd I was asked 4 times as my friend was talking with the woman owner is beef or chicken buritto? I ordered a Beef Supreme Burrito so yes I would like beef. Another few sentences into their conversation, she stopped and asked me again, was that chicken or beef again? I said beef. A fourth time be for chicken again , I said beef, and she put the order in. And even while bagging the food, the girl tried to put our food in one big bag. When we asked for each order in a separate bag.In case they needed to get home immediately upon dropping me off. So we did not check the order. And we got home and I had a chicken burrito, Bland (pinto) refried beans and mushy rice. An easy rice recipe. Brown Basmati rice add small dice peppers and onions. Cook to translucent. Add chicken stock and diced tomatoes or a can if rotel tomatoes. Rice is better dry on the dry side than what appeared steamed and mushy. The each rice grain was popped open and mushy. That's fine I didn't order the beans or the rice and discarded them down the disposal but The sad thing was, my friend paid for that mess. And don't let me forget the 2 to Go Fees. My friend was very disappointed when he saw my food. I am a fast learner. It sad when the Fast Food Mexican restraunts get a Buritto Supreme right every time. And you're tip is not on tax and service fee. That's just rude. Plus you're suggested tip at the bottom of receipt is not correct for 15%, 18%, 20%. I had heard this was happening to people , but figured , how could I it's done with a computer, but hey , humans have to program it. It takes more than a lovely conversation. It's the food and getting the order right that gets people through the door a second time.
