  As much as I love Arby’s, This specific location is terrible. The customer service sucks. The lack of communication sucks. The food is never right mind you they get no business and every time I go, they have me pull up and wait 10 minutes for my fries not even to be hot and fresh the manager is there attitudes are terrible. I don’t know who’s worth the managers or the employees the last time I ate that I got really sick Taste like it have been sitting out for hours and never again!!!

  I am writing this review for Cheryl Butler about a wonderful young lady name Fiandra Simon works at Arby’s. Every time I come through the drive-thru, I tend to mess up the word “gyros,” but she is always so polite and patient. She knows exactly who I am and remembers my order without hesitation. She never complains, always greets me with a warm smile, and treats me with kindness and respect. Her positive attitude truly makes a difference in my day. We need more great employees like her. I pray that God continues to bless you—keep shining!

  This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Arby’s restaurant. First walking in it was cold dark no one greeted anyone . They just stood there and stared at us while we decided what we wanted . It was like a scene from a horror movie! It gets worse . They said that the system doesn’t take coupons and wouldn’t fix it . The food was cold even though they said it was fresh. I send my daughter to ask for the peppercorn ranch that they put on the turkey market fresh sandwich and they said they don’t sell it and never have all lies! They said they didn’t have change for any cash . Like I just don’t understand are they about to close down or something . Idk I will never visit this location again!

  We went through the drive thru and ordered the new $7 box with fish sandwiches. It was really good! The lady that waited on us was really sweet. She asked me to park for a minute, and that's about all it took for her to bring it out. This location has always been great.
