  Munchie was extremely unprofessional she should not be operating the drive thru. Please put someone with more customer service experience in that position. Professionalism is very important.

  I am done ordering from these restaurants with their incompetent employees. I used DoorDash and ordered 4 items, 2 beef n cheddars, a chicken slider, and some fries. Only the fries and slider were in my bag when it was delivered. Yall have to look a screen and see the order, see the receipt before bagging and still miss items. Then DoorDash does not want to give me my money back for items I PAID for that were not in the bag, with photo proof! I called Arby’s and no one answers their phone. I’m done with Arby’s and DoorDash because this is poor customer service and basically stealing money!

  Today was my 1st time coming inside the restaurant and my experience was nothjng like when I'm in drive-thru. I would like to give a very special thank you to April for always being kind, helpful, and on top of her game!💯💯👍🏾👍🏾 Shout-out to the cook as well! But I would like to say that I am an African American woman and that it's really sad that my own nationality are the most racist and prejudice people AI against our own race or any race at all. Well that was my experience today with the other staff, no details needed, it's self explanatory to see how they cater to other clientele. I couldn't believe my eyes!😠😡
